Weekly Update 2024_02


Welcome to update #2 of 2024...

Two weeks in and I can hold at this speed. But enough about this... Let's talk updates!

Village pack update

I continued to add more flower gardens for the pack. Its a simple but needed update.

Farm pack update

I'm finally adding the woodcutting update. 

I started with the base naked body animation, which is in the pack already and will continue on with hairs and clothing moving forward. Also I realized that I need to update the trees in this pack.


Dungeon pack update

I continued with the hit animation, now with the knight being fully animated.

By the way, I've been working on the paladin and I believe I will remove it from the pack and actually do a proper hero update. So instead of just adding another new skin, I want to revamp the three base heroes (knight, Rogue and Mage) properly, adding spells, attacks and special abilities. This way each class will be unique with unique animations.

UI pack update

I added a white background fill animation for both buttons and analog stick.


The UI pack is one that I struggle adding content... Until I realized that there is something you guys would probably like ... 

...hot bar icons.

I'm currently creating a set of icons 16x16 in size, that I want to release one per week, with 9 color variations.

So this week's update is a potion icon.

I already have some other aligned... Like bags, attack icons and spells.


Hope you guys enjoy this, I really looking forward to make all of these icons. I already made the entire first quarter of 2024 in icons for this pack. I just need to do some extra details and release them in the updates.

Mine pack update

I love the mining pack, but compared with the others, it seems small. And I do not use the carts enough.
I'm fixing that, this week we have the braking animation for the carts, now you can make sparks fly off when you brake.

Next week, I'm adding a small new critter to the pack, then I want to move on and add two animations. The carry animation and the cart riding animation.

Fishing update

The fishing pack was awarded with the bobber on water animation. Some of you may have realized that in the main page of the pack this animations was already in the banner. I created that image right after I added this so I just added it to the banner.

It has 3 color variations for now.

Next week, the fish will pick on the bobber in a new animation.

I love the new update cycle :D One question, do you plan to add something like mountain props or terrain? Something to enter the mines you know? ;)
