Hi, long time no see. I've been battling with a health issue for a while and finally I got a proper operation last thursday. I'm fully recovering and now I'm continuing with the packs.

But it is time for a weekly update.

Art Asset Packs

New Pack Mine Pack

Some of you may already know, but I released the new mine pack.

I'm really proud of this one, I really like how it turned out. This is an extension of the mining items for the farm pack.

It has two new animations with the drilling animation and the pushing animation.

I'll be adding more stuff during the next few months, like the hazmat suit and the carry over the head animation, as well as rats, mushrooms and more items.

I'll add the Hazmat Suit, I could not deliver this with the pack, as I need to revise all of the animation, but I will add it this week still.

And after that I want to finish the carry animation, It did not make the cut for release 1.0 , but I want to add it still.

I'll be adding as well animations to ride the carts.

Farm Pack - Fishing animations

I've FINALLY added the fishing animations to the farm pack. There is still no hairstyles or clothing done, I'll be adding them in the next weeks.

It has both animations with and without line, for you to add the line in your game. 

Next week, I will have the hairstyles and clothes done.

Dungeon Pack - Animation revamp

I've updated the character for the village pack and farm pack and now the mine pack has also the character animated. The dungeon pack is the one that still needs updated characters.

After the updated characters I will finish the paladin.

UI Pack - Steam deck 

During the last month I bought a steam deck, and I just realised that my UI pack does not have anything steam related. I will update that for next week.

Defendor

I have been working a lot on  my first game, its not great but I am really proud of almost finish the first game.

It is a small arcade game that took me two months to finish. I'll be posting this game soon on itch.io.

Next Game

For my next game... well... I have been in love with Dome Keeper and even better Wall World. I really recommend any of them, some years ago I had an idea of s revamped Starscape, when I played dome keeper or wall world, I decided it was the perfect match and I will start doing it as soon as I finish Defendor.

I started a new web page www.almostapixel.com and I am starting a youtube channel, https://www.youtube.com/@almostapixel, to document the development of the game development and the art assets. Both of them are very much empty. More news will follow.
