Seasons arrive at Smallburg

Welcome to the latest update to Smallburg.

Seasons!

This time I bring Seasons to the mix.

All four seasons were added as a part of the tiles for the pack. Now you can add the pesky passage of time into your game.

Combine with the Farm pack and you can create your own version of Stardew valley.

Trees now are also seasonal as you can see by the picture above.

Beach Tiles

As you can see above, there are now beach tiles to make the pack even more useful for you game.

It contains connections with all seasonal terrains as well and it has a basic water animation that you can add to your game to reflect basic shallow water movement.

Changes to the entire asset line

New pier

New statues

new stairs

new fences

This is of course an ongoing effort, so expect some small tweaks here and there as time moves on.

A core change in the pack!

The pack has two versions a free one and a paid one. I've updated the license of the free one to be available to be used for commercial projects. They are now both usable to make any type of project (restrictions in the license).

Starting with this release the content of the free version and the paid version will differ. The seasonal content will only be available in the paid version. The free version will contain everything related to spring.

So what's next?

I'm currently finishing the seasons and then I want to move on to add several new clothing and hairstyles.

Then I want to start making a marketplace.

What about the other packs?

Farm pack

I finally finished the clothing part for the shovel animations.

Dungeon pack

As for the dungeon pack... I've added new door frames as well as doors and a trap animation so that you can trap your players in a room for example.

And I'm still adding more traps and stuff.

As well as more items for the pack.

UI pack

I'm working on some extra controllers for the pack.

And that's basically it... have fun!
