Added a Circle selector for tools or weapons

Hey, long time no update on the UI pack.

So I added a circle selector for 6 tools, weapons or inventory items.

As always it comes with several color options and two basic animations. Simple color change on the section selected and one with the section selected enlarged (animation above).

It's a simple update, but I really think it improves the UI pack quite a lot.

Let me know if there is more stuff I can add to the pack.

Fantasy Town Pack

I've added two different buildings for this, a stall and a proper building.

The stall appears on both free and paid, but the building is only available for the commercial version.

Mining is now available on the Plants and Crafts pack.

New mining animations and gems and ores are now available in the pack.
