A wild dungeon pack update appears!


Hey! Where's my weekly update?

So I was doing the dungeon floors and the spikes traps and the more I was working on the assets, the more I want to revamp them.

The dungeon pack was done while I was moving between houses and it was a chaotic time, and I think it shows  on the pack itself. It has the potential, but it is not there yet.

So I went nuts, as I tend to do! And now I'm revamping the entire dungeon pack. I need to ask you to bear with me for a while until I get this done. It should not be long.

** NOTE : This revamp is Still ONGOING, it will be finished by the next Sunday or near that**

So the current stuff i've done...

New Attack animations

I thought the original attack animation was way too strong for a regular attack, so I made two new animations for the attack.


Two new slash attacks, slash right and left and the original attack, this enables to connect all the attack animations as one basic one.

Adding up a poke animation for lances and big pointy things!


New Floors & Stuff

I liked the old floors, but I felt that it did not go along with the pack's simplicity. So I added new floors:


So... a lot going on here, new floors, simpler floors, I like them. I have done several different ones with different colors of course.

Also... new door arches.


I though the old ones were too small, I had them in a 16x16 grid, but I decided to lose that and just go with the rule of cool. So I made some more cooler arches for the doors. Now they are wider and better.

More items...

I'm adding more items to the fray, a chest, columns, and more stuff.




New classes

I'm making more clothing items/classes to add to the pack.

The old mage, Discworld style.


I'll add some more classes.

And an extra for the pack... the paladin!


This is a hero class that I wanted to make as part of a stand alone pack, that I will make available for a month after I release the revamp for free with the pack.  This will have its own weapons and animations.

And that's it. That's why there are no updates this week! See you soon with a new revamp.

Also... The UI pack is coming starting 1 of September.

Hey! Really glad to see your excitement, it really makes working on these packs a lot more fun. 
I really liked this pack, but in the end I thought it was a bit lacking still. And the more I created small little assets for this pack, the more I wanted to just revamp it.

 I hope I can live to that expectation!
